Numbots

Keep going with Numbots, as I would like to be able to print a Numbots certificate for everyone who has passed their Tin level.  That means you need to get through Rust, Iron and Brass first.

PE with Joe Wicks

9am on Youtube.  Best to start getting fitter now before school starts or you will find you have no stamina left for those all-important playtimes.

Handwriting

If you are able to get onto letterjoin, there is another dictation exercise to listen to and write down.  Pause it as often as you need to, to write it down, but try and write more quickly but still neatly.  This one will test your ability to punctuate speech.

I have made logging in simpler:   https://www.letterjoin.co.uk           then   to sign in:

As a pupil with a laptop:  Username ak7080   Password: home

As a pupil with a tablet: Username: ak7080  swipecode is a capital L

https://www.letterjoin.co.uk/desktop_edition/extras/dictation/html

then under the Resources/Dictation/KS2      do the dictation on .The Giant chases Jack

If you can't access letterjoin, then copy out the poem, which is attached here:-

Spr6.8.2 - Area and perimeter

This is "Spr6.8.2 - Area and perimeter" by White Rose Maths on Vimeo, the home for high quality videos and the people who love them.

If you finish all of your maths before lunch, then you could do some extra Personal Targets pages.  I have the Level 5 booklets ready to go at school, if you are getting 3 perfect tests in every section in your Personal Targets booklets.

RE

This term, we are studying the concept of Salvation that Christians believe in, which obviously is connected with Easter. Do you remember looking at the picture to do with Incarnation from The Big Frieze in the autumn term?  Today you are going to look at the picture called "Salvation" from The Big Frieze.  There are 6 questions at the side of the picture for you to answer.

Art

To use drawing skills to recreate observational art

Today you are starting your Egyptian artwork.  First watch the youtube clip to see what was in Tutankhamun's tomb.

Then either choose one item to draw in detail or draw the whole tomb treasure scene.
