Homework is set on Mondays and is due in the following Monday. Every week, we will set 1 piece of reading homework and 1 piece of Maths homework which is always based on what we have learnt about in our maths lessons. The homework will be recorded in diaries but I also update the class webpage if for any reason children are unsure! 
We use homework to promote responsibility in Year 5. Children are responsible for completing their homework and returning by Monday morning.
