Armistice Day
On Friday 11th November, 10 children from Blandford St Mary Primary School were invited to take part in Blandford’s Armistice Day commemorations.
The children walked down to St Peter and St Paul’s church, where they were given crosses to lay in the churchyard together with representatives of the Royal British Legion.
They then walked to the Corn Exchange for the mayor's speech and the two minute silence.
This was a great honor for the children and their behaviour was an absolute credit to our school.
