Pupil Premium Grant

Pupil Premium Grant is additional funding given to publicly funded schools in England to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils and close the gap between them and their peers.

Pupil Premium Grant is available to both mainstream and non-mainstream schools, like special schools and pupil referral units. Schools receive funding for each child registered as eligible for free school meals at any point in the last 6 years

Each year, schools must publish how they are going to spend their Pupil Premium money and the impact of the money spent the previous year.

Within our school, we also present more detailed reports to our Governors to ensure that our Pupil Premium money is being used well by the school.
